NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
To All Stockholders:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company, a Delaware corporation, will be held at the JAMES R. RANDALL RESEARCH CENTER located at 1001 Brush College Road, Decatur, Illinois, on Thursday, May 2, 2013, commencing at 8:30 A.M., for the following purposes:
- To elect Directors to hold office until the next Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until their successors are duly elected and qualified;
- To ratify the appointment by the Board of Directors of Ernst & Young LLP as independent auditors to audit the accounts of the Company for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013;
- To consider an advisory vote on the compensation of our named executive officers; and
- To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
