CORNSWEET® 55 is ADM Corn Processing's second generation high fructose syrup. The principal sugars, fructose and dextrose, give it a sweetness comparable in most foods and beverages to sucrose or invert sugar. The high sweetness level of Cornsweet® 55 provides desirable characteristics to carbonated drinks, still drinks and processed foods. Although this product is resistant to crystallization at room temperature, the recommended storage temperature for ease in pumping and blending is 80-85 Degrees F..
