- Ready-to-Use Pie Fillings – both ready-to-use and bake-stable, our premium fillings are available in blueberry, cherry and mince flavors. Provided in 3-1/2-gallon pails.
- Icings – the perfect finishing touch, our icings come in ready-to-use chocolate, maple and white vanilla flavors. Frosting bases include buttercream, chocolate fudge and soft fudge. For the confectioner, try our Northwest Chocolate and White Truffle Coatings.
- Glazes – choose from apricot and strawberry tart glaze for fruit tarts and pie fillings, and pastry brush-ons.
