About ADM Accounting
A drive for success, a commitment to continuously improving your skills and a consistently positive attitude are vital qualities that ADM Accounting seeks in all new hires. We believe that a broad range of experiences over the course of your career will benefit both you and the Company.

When you join ADM, we will encourage you to become a lifelong learner and to consider new positions within the group and in other related areas as your career matures. To help you build your professional skill set, we offer classes in systems and software, teamwork and accounting procedures and best practices.

About the Accounting Staff Development Program
New ADM accountants are enrolled in a development program that typically lasts two to four years and consists of six-month to one-year assignments in rotational entry-level and higher level accounting positions.

All new hires begin in entry-level positions. Assignments for positions that require more experience consist of "mini-rotations" within different departments. You’ll get plenty of feedback to help you maintain career momentum. Entry-level employees receive performance reviews after three, six and 12 months of employment; and employees in higher level positions receive reviews following each assignment.

About the Summer Accounting Internship Program
The internship program is designed to provide students with experience that may lead to full-time opportunities in the Accounting Staff Development Program. Students perform basic accounting duties, which could include inventory reconciliation, accounts payable, plant close and profit/loss analysis. ADM provides apartment-style housing for all interns.
