Internal Audit

Entry Level Position
A career in Internal Audit provides exposure to all divisions of ADM.  Internal Auditors travel to a wide variety of agri-business operations, in both domestic and international locations, meeting and interacting with colleagues at all levels of the Company. With a career commitment that requires up to 50% travel, we recognize the need for our Internal Auditors to balance personal and business commitments. To this end, we have implemented support initiatives to assist our auditors in achieving this balance.

We have Audit Offices in these locations:
• Decatur, Illinois; 
• Rolle, Switzerland;  and
• São Paulo, Brazil.

Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in accounting or business, with a minimum of 15 hours of accounting.

Internships
Internal Audit Interns are based in the Decatur, Illinois office and participate in audits with the same responsibilities as full time staff.  Interns will experience up to 50% travel to domestic ADM locations during their summer career.

Requirements
ADM Internal Audit interns must be hard working, enthusiastic and highly motivated team players. Excellent communications skills are essential.
