ADM is pleased to recognize our extraordinary team of employees at the ADM Alliance Nutrition plant in Cozad for earning the Company’s most significant operational award for the third time. The team’s total commitment to co-workers’ safety, producing high-quality products and services, and promoting positive stewardship of the environment has set an example for ADM facilities around the world.
A core group of seasoned employees, who average more than 18 years of service, makes up the team at Cozad that is responsible for making sure the plant adheres to its high standards of safety, quality and customer service. The plant regularly invests time and money on safety audits and training that benefit both employees and customers.
Every January, workers make a commitment to working safely. “That starts the year out on the right foot,” says plant manager Darin Sigler. “At first, individuals just wanted to look after themselves. That’s human nature, but now the crew understands that we won’t continue to achieve safety records and receive recognition unless we pay attention to other people as well. It’s more than a slogan on the wall and you can’t let up.”
Congratulations to the Cozad ADM Alliance Nutrition team for continuing to achieve the standard of excellence required to receive this exceptional award.
