ADM Directors Declare Cash Dividend
DECATUR, Ill., Aug. 2, 2012 – Archer Daniels Midland Company’s (NYSE: ADM) Board of Directors today declared a cash dividend of 17.5 cents per share on the company’s common stock payable Sept. 6, 2012, to stockholders of record Aug. 16, 2012.
This is ADM’s 323rd consecutive quarterly payment, a record of 80 years of uninterrupted dividends. As of June 30, 2012, there were 658,604,725 shares of ADM common stock outstanding.
