At IBIE, we’ll showcase a gluten-free product that demonstrates how our ingredients — from functional flour, to indulgent chocolate products, to nutritious bean powders — can be used in a variety of bakery applications.

Gluten-Free Cookie
ADM’s sorghum flour and VegeFull™ bean powder are used in place of wheat flour and combined with our Ambrosia® chocolate to create an indulgent treat that’s gluten-free.  Additional ingredients include our 42/43 Corn Syrup and Xanthan Gum.

Market Intelligence
A review of fluctuating commodity prices and the factors that drive these changes will be presented at the ADM booth by Steve Freed, Vice President, Commodity Market Research, ADM Investor Services.
