Our citric acid products include anhydrous citric acid, sodium citrate dihydrate, anhydrous sodium citrate and potassium citrate. They are used to control acidity, provide flavor and color stability and control moisture in beverages and foods like candies, dairy products, meats and seafood.
ADM’s lactic acid products include Arlac S® sodium lactate and Arlac P® potassium lactate for use in such applications as soft drinks, meats and bakery and confectionary products. They help enhance flavors and inhibit microbial growth for food preservation.
