ADM at IFT 2009 – Booth #2642
As part of our continued commitment to meeting our customers’ needs, ADM attends the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Meeting and Food Expo, which brings together thousands of food industry professionals from around the world. For IFT 2009, we’ve unveiled four new prototypes to demonstrate how our ingredients — from indulgent chocolate, to nutritious bean powders to functional proteins — can be used in a variety of food applications.

We’ve wrapped up both Ambrosia® chocolate chunks and De Zaan® cocoa powder in a Triple Chocolate Brownie that’s topped with chocolate fudge icing for true indulgence
