Located at the James R. Randall Research Center in Decatur, Illinois, the ADM Culinary Center features the latest culinary equipment to simulate both consumer and restaurant use. Our cupboards contain over 700 ingredients, including an extensive breadth of exclusive ADM ingredient innovations, plus a fully stocked spice and flavor library.
