Supplier Diversity
ADM places a high priority on its commitment to Supplier Diversity, in which we have significantly expanded our utilization of minority-owned, women-owned, disabled veteran-owned and HUBZone-located enterprises to provide products and services to ADM. We work with such groups as the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) in order to meet this commitment.

Global Strategic Sourcing
ADM’s sourcing is centralized under Global Strategic Sourcing, in which we consider regional, national and international contracts from suppliers for products and services. This group handles most of ADM’s purchasing except grain, transportation, IT hardware and software, and energy.
