In 2010, ADM colleagues around the world demonstrated their commitment to reaching out to underserved populations, organizations in need and communities hard-hit by natural disasters with their personal contributions, in-kind donations and volunteer efforts.  As a result of their concern and our company’s matching gifts, we were able to give more than US$750,000 to United Way chapters in the United States, nearly $650,000 to agencies aiding Haiti’s earthquake victims, and additional gifts totaling more than $800,000 to a variety of charitable organizations, in addition to about $1.1 million in food and in-kind donations.
