Since 1966, ADM has manufactured feed for the poultry, swine and dairy industries in Trinidad, an island in the Caribbean. Today, we have approximately 35 employees in Trinidad.
Using raw material imported largely from the United States, our Master Mix Feeds plant near Port of Spain, the capital, provides a complete line of livestock feeds. The organization is part of ADM Alliance Nutrition Inc., which supplies ingredients such as vitamin blends and proteins that maximize efficiencies in raising farm animals.
We also have a joint venture on the west coast at the port of Point Lisas to handle and store farm products, and we raise poultry on contract with independent farmers.
