ADM Donates $2,500 to 5th on 5th Youth Services
“ADM strives to make a positive difference in the communities where we live and work,” said Al Hummel, plant manager, ADM Alliance Nutrition in Lethbridge. “We are proud to present this gift to 5th on 5th Youth Services and look forward to helping the youth of our community develop into responsible young adults.”
The check was presented to Gail McKenzie, executive director, 5th on 5th Youth Services, by Hummel on August 3.
The donation was given through ADM Cares. ADM Cares is a social investment program that directs funds to initiatives and organizations that drive meaningful social, economic and environmental progress worldwide. The program comprises three distinct focus areas: supporting the responsible development of agriculture, improving the quality of life in ADM communities and fostering employee giving and volunteer activities.
The ADM Alliance Nutrition facility in Lethbridge produces livestock vitamin and trace mineral premixes, supplements and specialty animal products. The facility employs 20 people.
