Ciciliano joined ADM in 2012, following successful tenures at Dow Chemical and Votorantim Group, where he served in a variety of global commercial, business management, sales and marketing roles. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Mauá Institute of Technology in São Paulo, a master’s degree in Business Administration from Fundação Dom Cabral in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, and a continuing education program degree in General Administration and Product Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo.
