ADM to Feed Your Food Business at IFT 2015
For the first time at a trade show, customers will be able to talk to ADM, WILD Flavors and SCI together in one location as one company. ADM’s booth No. 2818 at IFT will showcase the combined strength and reach of these three companies, and customers will be able to learn about the team’s capabilities to serve customers on-trend ingredient solutions for innovative product development. Additionally, at booth No. 119, ADM Cocoa will showcase a new cocoa powder developed in response to the demand for natural ingredients, bringing unmatched added value to the market.

Some of the highlights at booth No. 2818 include the following:Healthier Eating Trends – With high demand for ingredient solutions driven by consumer interest in healthier options, representatives from ADM will be available to talk about products that meet those needs, such as natural and organic products (ancient grains, dehydrated fruits, seeds, etc.) and products that replace gluten.Oil Solutions – Representatives will be available to discuss news and trends pertaining to alternatives to partially hydrogenated oils. CLARISOY has a clean flavor and smooth mouthfeel, making it ideal to replace dairy proteins in applications such as drinkable yogurts, shakes and smoothies.
