ADM's Decatur Office Recognized as a Fit-Friendly Worksite
The Heart Association bills its Fit-Friendly Worksites program as a catalyst for positive change. Worksites throughout the nation can be part of the initiative by making the health and wellness of their employees a priority. ADM's North American Headquarters was recognized for:Offering employees physical activity support.Providing healthy eating options at the worksite.Promoting a wellness culture.Implementing various programs that address employees' physical activity, and nutrition, and the company's culture.
"We are extremely honored and excited to be recognized by the American Heart Association's 'My Heart. My Life.' initiative as a Gold Level Fit-Friendly Worksite," said Jennifer Cunningham, director, corporate health and global benefits at ADM. "Physical activity and employee wellness are important priorities at ADM, and we encourage all employees to take advantage of the benefits we offer, such as our newly renovated Wellness Center and the many healthy meal options at our on-site cafeteria."
