Eldridge Student Wins ADM Scholarship
“Congratulations to Ashley from all of us at ADM,” said Dean Brainerd, plant manager at ADM’s corn processing plant in Clinton, Iowa. “Ashley was selected to receive this ADM scholarship because she has already shown remarkable dedication and commitment to her academic work, extracurricular activities, and to her community. We are pleased to be able to help provide her the opportunity for even more outstanding achievements in the future.”
Crouch, a graduate of North Scott High School, hopes to attend St. Ambrose University and plans to study psychology. Her father, Mike Crouch, is a process engineer in the milling department at ADM’s corn processing plant in Clinton.
The ADM Scholarship Program was created to assist the children of ADM active employees with the costs associated with a college education. Winners were selected on the basis of high scores on the PSAT/NMSQT; academic record throughout high school; significant activities and contributions to the school and community; the school’s recommendation of the candidate; and a student essay.
