Veronica L. Braker
Veronica Braker is ADM’s senior vice president, Global Operations, and a member of the company’s Executive Council. In that role, she leads ADM’s global operations, including managing the company’s Technology Center of Excellence; driving continuous improvement efforts; and integrating capital planning and execution across ADM plants worldwide. She also serves as ADM’s safety champion, leading global efforts to enhance safety procedures and culture.
Braker has more than a quarter century of experience in operations leadership. Prior to joining ADM, she spent eight years in management roles at BASF Corporation, serving most recently as vice president of operations for its Performance Materials division in North America. At BASF, she championed several safety and industry initiatives, and also helped launch a career development program aimed at improving the representation of women in manufacturing and technical roles. She has also held leadership positions at Flint Hills Resources and General Electric.
Braker holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee.
