Vikram Luthar
Vikram Luthar is senior vice president and chief financial officer of ADM’s Nutrition business, and a member of the company’s Executive Council. As such, he has responsibility for driving strategic priorities of the company’s Nutrition business, including global growth initiatives and portfolio management, as well as providing financial insights and analysis to drive returns and profitable growth.
Luthar has served in a variety of senior-level positions since joining ADM in 2004 as vice president and treasurer. Prior to his current role, he was president of ADM’s Health & Wellness business. Before that , he was president, Bioactives and CFO of the company’s Corn Processing segment. He has also served as senior vice president, Strategy, and as group vice president, Finance, with oversight of ADM’s global treasury, credit, business planning and development, as well as M&A functions.
Before coming to ADM, Luthar spent 11 years with General Motors Co., serving in various treasury and corporate finance positions in the United States and Asia.
Luthar holds a bachelor’s of technology in aerospace engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
