CORN SYRUP 36/43

ADM's 36/43 Corn Syrup is an acid conversion syrup, bland in flavor, slightly sweet, and colorless. It is more viscous than 42/43 and the average molecular weight is somewhat higher. Because of these properties, it is widely used in ice cream to retard crystal formation and to provide desirable bodying characteristics.
