ADM Vice Presidents Camille Batiste, Alix Dowling Named to Profiles in Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching List

CHICAGO, Sept. 26, 2018—Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM) today announced that Camille Batiste, vice president of global procurement, and Alix Dowling, vice president of global tax, were recognized by Profiles in Diversity Journal as winners of the 17th Annual Women Worth Watching Award.

Profiles in Diversity Journal is a quarterly publication dedicated to promoting and advancing diversity and inclusion in the corporate, government, nonprofit, STEM and higher education sectors. This year, 132 winners received the Women Worth Watching Award, which is designed to identify, promote and support women in leadership and the organizations that employ them.

About Batiste
Camille Batiste is vice president of global procurement for ADM. In that role, she is responsible for developing and executing supply-management strategy across the enterprise. Prior to joining ADM in 2017, Camille spent 20 years at Honeywell International, starting in manufacturing in the performance materials and technology business unit. After a stint implementing SAP in multiple locations, she joined procurement, leading teams in MRO and capital equipment sourcing, and functional excellence. She transitioned to the aerospace business unit in 2013, holding leadership positions in indirect sourcing and direct material sourcing operations. Camille holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Louisiana State University.

About Dowling
Alix Dowling is vice president of global tax for ADM. In that role, she is responsible for managing the company’s global tax operations, including policy, planning and compliance. Dowling joined ADM’s Tax department in in 2014 as senior tax counsel for North America. She also oversaw the company’s U.S.-International Tax group, and served as interim head of Global Transfer Pricing. Before joining ADM, Dowling was a partner in the tax group at the law firm Jenner & Block LLP. For over a decade there, she practiced in all areas of U.S. federal taxation, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and joint-venture structuring. Dowling earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and a JD from the University of Chicago.
