Dana Ng

Dana Ng is Vice President, Corporate, Securities, and M&A, and assistant secretary for ADM. In this role, he oversees legal support for ADM’s corporate functions, securities, M&A and corporate governance.

Prior to joining ADM in 2025, Ng served as Corporate Vice President, General Counsel, Government Relations, Operations, Supply Chain and Enterprise Services for RTX Corporation. He has over 25 years of legal and corporate governance experience serving in a number of expanding and increasing leadership roles.

Ng received his B.A. in Economics and his J.D cum laude from Boston College. He also received a high technology M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
