Chief Information and Digital Officer
Nandha Kumar is senior vice president and chief information and digital officer for ADM and a member of the company's Executive Council. He is responsible for ADM's information technology strategies, including initiatives to improve the quality and integrity of the company's data and strengthen ADM's analytical capabilities.
Before joining ADM in 2026, Kumar served as chief information technology and data officer Americas & Global Sales Technology for Danone. He was responsible for North America and Latin America's information technology and data functions and focused on steering strategic priorities, digitization, and capability-building while partnering across business functions to drive consistent improvement and unlock growth.
Prior to Danone, he held roles at Gillette, Procter & Gamble and NIKE, working in various IT & data roles across sales, finance, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, direct-to-consumer, go-to-market and retail and leading digital transformation strategy, delivery and analytics efforts.
Originally from Coimbatore, India, Kumar holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Tamil Nadu College of Engineering in India and an MBA from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in Boston.
