Fabiana Bianchi

Fabiana Bianchi is President, Asia Pacific (APAC), for ADM and a member of the company's Executive Council. In this role, she oversees all of ADM's business activities across 42 countries in the APAC region.

Bianchi  brings extensive international experience, having lived on three continents and held multiple global roles during her nearly 30-year tenure with the company.

Previously, Bianchi  served as President, APAC Nutrition, managing ADM's regional operations across Human, Pet, and Animal Nutrition, and delivering strong business growth. In her prior role, she built and led the Global Marketing function – strengthening capabilities, elevating brand visibility through targeted communications, and supporting commercial growth with customer-focused programs. Bianchi also oversaw Global Growth for Nutrition, expanding ADM's product portfolio through region-specific strategies tailored to diverse markets.

An Italian native, Bianchi  is fluent in six languages and holds a Master's in International Law from La Sapienza University in Rome, Italy.
