ADM partners with Restor to measure and consolidate its contribution to biodiversity
ADM Cares, ADM's corporate social investment program, will use Restor's Enterprise platform to measure the impact of its activities and monitor progress across its nature-conservation projects.
Restor and ADM Cares have partnered to capture ADM's footprint on biodiversity and explore new ways to positively contribute to nature. Through Restor’s science-backed Enterprise platform, ADM Cares will monitor progress, measure impact, and guide decision-making across European production sites and existing landscape conservation projects.
ADM Cares joins a growing network of institutions using Restor Enterprise to map and monitor the impact of their business activities and nature projects with greater transparency. The platform will provide geospatial insights and global visibility for nearly 58,000 hectares of ADM-supported nature projects across Latin America and Southeast Asia. By analyzing local biodiversity near ADM sites in Europe, the partnership will use scientific findings to inform future partnerships and nature-related investments.
As part of the partnership, ADM Cares will use a dedicated microsite and dashboard to monitor key indicators—including soil carbon, biodiversity, land use change, and climate risks—across its sites. In addition to onboarding ADM's sustainability partners, Restor will help identify relevant engagement opportunities for ADM employees at high-impact restoration sites near ADM's operations in Europe. These efforts set the foundation for a long-term effort to deliver actionable insights and strengthen ADM's global nature strategy.
"Partnering with ADM Cares brings a powerful example of how global partnerships and local initiatives reinforce each other to restore the lands we depend on," said Thomas Elliott, CEO of Restor. "We are thrilled to co-develop tools that elevate local efforts and scale impact globally."
"Joining Restor as a Launch Partner aligns perfectly with ADM Cares' mission to turn awareness into meaningful action for biodiversity," said Ana Yaluff, Director of Sustainability at ADM. "This partnership gives us the tools to better understand, measure, and grow the positive impact of our nature investments."
