As America Turns 250, ADM Cares Supports Organizations Building the Nation's Future
For more than a century, ADM has worked alongside American farmers, helping connect their harvests to homes and markets while strengthening the food and agricultural system that communities depend on. As America marks its 250th birthday, ADM Cares is building on that legacy with new investments in organizations that help keep our country fed, advance the future of farming and protect the natural resources that will sustain both for generations to come.
"America's strength has always been rooted in the people and communities working every day to keep our country fed, thriving and growing," said Chris Cuddy, ADM's president, North America. "As we celebrate this milestone in our nation's history, we're proud to support organizations whose work is helping build a stronger future for American agriculture and the communities it serves."
The contributions will support five organizations with which ADM has had longstanding relationship:
Feeding America
A $250,000 donation expected to help provide approximately 2.5 million meals in communities where ADM operates, helping families experiencing food insecurity.

Agriculture Future of America (AFA)
A $250,000 contribution supporting approximately 1,150 students preparing for careers in agriculture. ADM has partnered with AFA for nearly 30 years, including 25 years of active board participation, and has contributed more than $2.5 million to the organization since 1997.

Boys & Girls Clubs of America
A $250,000 investment expected to impact approximately 3,000 young people, including providing meals for 250 individuals and engaging 250 youth through programming across four to five Clubs. ADM has contributed nearly $2.5 million to Boys & Girls Clubs of America since 2014.

National FFA Foundation
A $250,000 contribution supporting almost 2,000 students through programs that help develop the next generation of agricultural leaders.

Living Lands & Waters
A $250,000 contribution expected to support the removal of an estimated 21,000 pounds of debris from U.S. waterways while engaging approximately 400 ADM volunteers in cleanup efforts that help protect natural resources critical to agriculture and local communities.
As the U.S. turns 250, these investments recognize the people and organizations working every day to get food to tables, ensure the health of soil and support the future of America’s farms, families and communities.
