Grievance and Resolution Protocol @Model.HeadlineLevel>
We have a protocol that outlines our workflow and response mechanism for addressing concerns and inquiries pertaining to deforestation and human rights violations in our operations or supply chains. The grievance mechanism is available to any party – internal or external – who wants to voice a concern by emailing responsibility@adm.com. Allegations of violations of our Policy to Protect Forests, Biodiversity and Communities or Human Rights Policy will be investigated according to the protocol. Supplier Non-Compliance Procedure @Model.HeadlineLevel>
ADM aims to resolve non-compliance issues expeditiously without enabling or promoting further noncompliance. The results of the investigation will define the actions to be taken, considering the severity of the non-compliance and the degree of influence that ADM has on the supplier.
