ADM Honored at Field to Market's 2025 Sustainability Leadership Awards

ADM's commitment to supporting farmers and advancing food security through sustainable agriculture has been recognized across three categories in the 2025 Field to Market: The Alliance for Sustainable Agriculture® Sustainability Leadership Awards, underscoring ADM's leadership in fostering collaboration and driving measurable impact across the value chain.

The awards, presented as part of the 11th Annual Sustainable Agriculture Summit, celebrate individuals and organizations demonstrating outstanding leadership in improving the resilience of U.S. commodity crop production through sustainable practices.

ADM was recognized for its achievements across three honors: "Trusted Adviser of the Year," "Collaboration of the Year" and "Farmer of the Year" – a distinction shared with one of ADM's long-time grower partners.

Supporting Farmers with Purpose
ADM's Jenny Poling (Climate Smart Origination Manager) was named "Trusted Adviser of the Year" for her exceptional leadership supporting farmers' journeys of continuous improvements across more than 2.5 million acres and six states. With a foundation in plant science and research, Jenny is a valued partner to more than 1,500 farmers, helping them connect with technical and financial resources to adopt regenerative practices. Her work exemplifies ADM's farmer-first approach, helping bridge the gap between field level practices and ADM's global supply chain, while also ensuring farmers are recognized and rewarded for their conservation efforts through measurable, market-driven outcomes.

"Jenny's work embodies the essence of partnership," said Paul Scheetz, Director of Climate Smart Ag Origination. "Her ability to connect farmers with the right tools and insights not only accelerates adoption of regenerative practices but also ensures those efforts deliver value for producers and the broader food system."

Collaboration at Scale
ADM's re:generations™ program earned "Collaboration of the Year," recognizing ADM and its network of partners – including farmers, agronomy and data experts, and downstream brands – for outstanding cross-sector collaboration in scaling regenerative agriculture. Initially starting as a series of pilot projects, re:generations™ has since evolved into one of the world's largest private sustainability initiatives, with more than 5 million acres enrolled globally. By combining data-driven measurement, technical assistance and financial incentives, the program empowers farmers while delivering transparency and impact across the supply chain.

ADM re:generations

"The success of re:generations™ is built on strong partnerships and collaboration," said Michelle French, Director, Global Sustainability Programs. "Together with our partners, we're scaling regenerative agriculture in a way that delivers tangible benefits, from improved soil health to stronger supply chains."

Celebrating Farmer Leadership
ADM also celebrates farmer partner Matt Splitter, who was recognized as "Farmer of the Year" for his outstanding conservation efforts and long-standing leadership in advancing sustainable agriculture. A fifth-generation farmer, Splitter and his wife Janna have demonstrated their commitment to land stewardship by adopting no-till practices and leveraging advanced data and precision agriculture tools to improve soil health and productivity. His work reflects how innovation, data and conservation can work hand-in-hand to advance sustainable agriculture at scale. Splitter is enrolled in a re:generations™ wheat project in Kansas and has been an active participant in ADM's programs since 2017.

"It all starts with the farmer," said Scheetz. "Matt's leadership demonstrates how innovation, data and regenerative practices can come together to strengthen farm productivity and environmental outcomes for generations to come."

Each of these honors reflect ADM's deep commitment to empowering farmers, fostering trusted partnerships, and driving measurable impact though regenerative agriculture, strengthening the connection between sustainable practices and shared value creation. Through programs like re:generations™, ADM continues to help shape a more sustainable and resilient future for agriculture.
