ADM Cares Partnership with Trnavská Arcidiecézna Charita Helps Provide Essential Support to Hundreds in Piešťany, Slovakia

ROLLE - Hundreds of individuals and families facing financial hardship in Piešťany, Slovakia, have received vital support through ADM Cares, ADM's corporate social investment program, in partnership with the Human Assistance Center, operated by Trnavská Arcidiecézna Charita. The initiative enabled the Center to distribute food vouchers to people in need, helping them access essential items while providing greater dignity, choice, and stability during challenging times.

"Across our services, we meet people for whom a simple food voucher represents a thin line between dignified survival and complete despair. This support has become a lifeline for hundreds of individuals - families, children, and seniors alike." said Edita Karabova, professional manager of low-threshold social services for children and families at Trnavská Arcidiecézna Charita.

ADM's contribution is aimed at supporting all three areas of the center's work, helping people in vulnerable situations to access both immediate assistance and long-term guidance. The Human Assistance Center provides a range of social services to people in crisis, including:

•    Low-Threshold Social Service for Children and Families, which supports families in developing life skills, strengthening relationships, and accessing educational and material assistance.

•    Field Social Service, which reaches out to people in need, offering counseling, emergency food aid, and motivation toward improvement.

•    Specialized Social Counseling, which helps individuals and families at risk of losing their homes.
