Respecting Human Rights

At ADM, we are committed to respect the human rights of all ADM workers (including all employees, officers, directors, contract workers and agents of ADM, our divisions, and affiliates in all countries), individuals across our value chain, and those in the communities in which we and our business partners operate.

Our Human Rights Policy forms the foundation of our human rights program. It outlines the standards we apply across our operations and the expectations we set for our business partners. Through a collaborative and multi-stakeholder process, we review our policy to further align it with evolving regulatory requirements and international best practices.

We embed the standards throughout our business, including through our Code of Conduct and Supplier Expectations, helping to integrate respect for human rights into our operations and value chains.
