Dermot O'Grady

Dermot O'Grady is ADM's senior vice president, Global Operations, and a member of the company's Executive Council. In that role, he leads ADM's Agricultural Services & Oilseeds and Carbohydrate Solutions operations globally, including managing the company's global operations Center of Excellence.

Prior to his current role, O'Grady oversaw operations across ADM's Agricultural Services & Oilseeds and Carbohydrate Solutions operation assets in EMEAI and APAC. He also served on the board of EOL, an ADM and Princes joint venture in the United Kingdom and Poland. Dermot joined ADM in 1991 and has held a wide number of engineering and operations roles in North America, EMEAI and South America. He previously served as Director of Operations, South America, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. 

With an ADM career spanning more than three decades across multiple regions and areas of responsibility within operations, O'Grady has a thorough knowledge of ADM's global production efforts, and has helped drive critical programs in safety and performance excellence.

O'Grady holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University College Dublin in Dublin, Ireland.
