Marc Hinch Named VP, Global Tax For ADM

George Reardon to retire 

Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM) has appointed Marc Hinch vice president, Global Tax for the Company, succeeding George Reardon who is retiring after serving ADM for 38 years. Hinch will have responsibility for managing ADM’s global tax operations, including policy, planning and compliance. He will report to Steven Mills, executive vice president and chief financial officer.

“George has brought exceptional tax compliance and tax planning leadership to ADM. He will be missed, and we wish him well in his retirement,” said Mills.

“Marc’s international tax experience makes him an excellent fit to succeed George. I look forward to working with Marc in his new role,” said Mills.

Marc Hinch has 14 years of experience at ADM, and has served in several positions within the International Tax group, most recently as senior director, International Tax. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Old Dominion University.

About Reardon

George Reardon joined ADM as a tax accountant in 1970. In his career at ADM, he served as manager, Internal Audit and Budget, and manager, Tax department, before being named vice president, Global Tax in 2002. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from St. Thomas University
