ADM’s Decatur Office Recognized as a Fit-Friendly Worksite

American Heart Association distinction reflects company’s commitment to employees’ health and wellnessDECATUR, ILLINOIS April 13, 2016—Archer Daniels Midland Company’s (NYSE: ADM) North American headquarters in Decatur, Illinois, has been recognized as a Gold Level Recipient of the American Heart Association’s Fit-Friendly Worksites Recognition program.The Heart Association bills its Fit-Friendly Worksites program as a catalyst for positive change. Worksites throughout the nation can be part of the initiative by making the health and wellness of their employees a priority. ADM’s North American Headquarters was recognized for:Offering employees physical activity support.Providing healthy eating options at the worksite.Promoting a wellness culture.Implementing various programs that address employees’ physical activity, and nutrition, and the company’s culture.
