In Frankfurt, Germany, ADM experts will be on hand to present high-quality product ideas that meet current demand for meat applications and meat alternatives based on plant proteins.

The IFFA portfolio includes meat applications such as chicken, ham, kebab and meatballs as well as vegetarian meat alternatives. For those looking for basic ingredients, ADM’s Arcon range is available as functional concentrates in powder form, or in a variety of textured pieces.
