Amplifying Impact Through Employee Giving
Giving back is a shared commitment. We empower employees through programs that match their donations, increase team collaboration, and provide contributions for volunteer service.
Our efforts have led to measurable impact that has allowed us to uplift our global community. Here are a few ways how we’ve helped.
We have partnered with Stichting Voedselbank Steunpunt Amsterdam since 2017, providing healthy meals and weekly food packages to support food insecurity. In addition to monetary contributions, ADM volunteers participate in food collections, packing, and distribution events to fight food insecurity. Thanks to our partnership, 8,000 individuals will be fed to combat hunger.
Additionally, our continued partnership with the Food Fortification Initiative has also allowed us to address malnutrition that affects school-aged children and women in reproductive age. Learn more about how we’re fortifying foods to combat hidden hunger below.
Our partnership with Conservation International and Peace Parks Foundation supports a livestock management model that helps sustain the livelihoods of rural communities in protected areas while restoring and conserving natural ecosystems and wildlife. The project aims to restore or protect 50,000 hectares of land rich in wildlife and natural habitats across 5 African countries.

The Decatur Park District Foundation works to ensure school-aged children in the Decatur, Illinois community have access to food during summer months when school is not in session. Our contribution supports the Summer Food Service Program, providing free snacks and lunch to 22,000 students under 18.
