ADM's Fabiana Bianchi and Manda Tweten are this year's Women Worth Watching®

ADM's Fabiana Bianchi, VP Marketing & Global Growth, and Manda Tweten, VP Customer Value Creation, are among the 166 women honored by the 18th edition of the Women Worth Watching® awards. The annual awards, announced by the Profiles in Diversity Journal, celebrate the achievements of women in leadership positions across various businesses, educational institutions, the armed forces, and in the nonprofit sector.

The winners are nominated by their colleagues and mentors to recognize the tremendous impact that they have in their organizations. Moreover, with the award Fabiana and Manda join an illustrious group of executives. Many of the more than 2000 former winners have gone on to head Fortune 500 companies, establish new business units and ventures, as well as nurturing other women aspiring to grow into leadership roles.

"We are dedicated to cultivating a diverse and inclusive company culture not only because it helps us attract and retain the best employees, but also because it allows us to further our business objectives. In doing so, we put our business in a better position to remain agile, address challenges and execute our strategy. We greatly value the expertise and perspectives that Manda and Fabiana bring to our leadership team and are tremendously proud of their many achievements," said Michael D'Ambrose, Senior VP and Chief Human Resources Officer at ADM.

In January this year, ADM pledged to close the gender gap at the executive level by ensuring gender parity within its senior leadership structure by 2030.
