New Hire Training and Classroom Materials
Onboarding new hire colleagues.
New Hire Required Training, Requirements and Classroom Materials
These classroom materials are to be used to train new hire colleagues who are non-networked (non-supervisory production/hourly workers). If a computer is not available for hourly colleagues to complete their training on-line, the training materials provide an alternate training delivery option.
U.S. Training Requirements
Within 21 Days
- Code of Conduct Booklet - employee reviews and certifies receipt (through on-boarding)
- Code of Conduct Video (15 min.) through on-boarding
- Diversity Equity and Inclusion (15 min.) (WTG_DAI_7010)
- Cyber Security Awareness: Security Fundamentals (15 min.)
Within 30 Days
- Introduction to SuccessFactors Employee Central for Colleagues (15 min.) (BSK_H2R_10131)
- Overview of Key ADM Policies (CPL_POL_10200)
- Local and/or regionally mandated safety and compliance courses and state and city mandated anti-harassment training (IL, NY, CA only)
Within 60 Days
- Code of Conduct: Integrity. It's in Our Nature (30 min.) (CPL_POL_10135)
- A2E Basics (BSK_A2E_4000)
- Policy and system access training related to job responsibility
Non-U.S. Training Requirements
Within 21 Day
