ADM to Focus on Healthy Snacking at Natural Products Expo West

With the market for healthy snacks, bars and beverages booming, Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) is set to highlight a diverse line of ingredients for these products at Natural Products Expo West, March 24-26 in Anaheim, Calif.

ADM’s exhibit, Booth No. 3416, will showcase ingredients for product enhancement, such as plant sterols, soy protein and vitamin enrichments, as well as emphasize finished products like healthy snack foods. ADM representatives will be on-hand to discuss new products—such as the extensive line of Midland Harvest® meat and dairy analogs—and help educate customers about the health benefits of easy-to-formulate products like Novasoy® isoflavones. ADM experts will also help customers devise innovative solutions for formulation problems.

“ADM’s goal is to provide customers with one source for all of their food ingredient needs, both now and in the future. Visitors to ADM’s booth will recognize our long-term commitment to sharing our resources—our people, products and market perspective—with customers as they develop healthy, innovative products,” said Graham Keen, Vice President-Corporate Marketing.

The ADM booth will sample several healthy beverages, such as citrus water, tea, soymilk and raspberry-flavored smoothies. These beverages emphasize the versatility of functional ingredients like soy protein. ADM will also offer snacks and healthy bars packed with protein, vitamins and heart-healthy plant sterols. Throughout the expo, ADM will prepare food and beverage items in live demonstrations to highlight the breadth of the ADM’s ingredient line.
